“I sought Lydia’s help because, after spending several months in Australia, I felt the need to refresh my English fluency in preparation for what was essentially a job interview.

We worked together for three consecutive days, and after just the first day, I already felt that I was regaining some of my confidence and sharpness in English.

We focused on communicating in a simple and clear way, and I found one exercise particularly useful: talking about the same topic several times while gradually reducing the time available (the first time for four minutes, then three minutes, and so on). This helped me to organize my thoughts more effectively from the very beginning and to express them more concisely without going off on tangents.

Naturally, all the topics we discussed were related to the interview, which ultimately had the outcome I was hoping for
